Solid-State Hydrogen Storage
Metal Hydride Storage Systems
HyperCellX solid-state modules store hydrogen in reversible metal-hydride alloys, enabling storage without mechanical compression. Systems operate near ambient temperature and provide high volumetric hydrogen density comparable to liquid storage without liquefaction. These systems provide an inherently safe method of hydrogen storage.
The modular architecture scales from single small vessels to systems exceeding 500 kg of hydrogen capacity. All vessels are pressure-tested and helium leak-tested, include integrated pressure relief, and support optional thermal management to control charging and discharge kinetics.
All modules are engineered and manufactured in Colorado Springs, USA, and are deployed in space, mobility, stationary, and drone hydrogen applications.

ASME Pressure Vessels
ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2, R Stamp
HyperCellX performs ASME Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2 pressure vessel design, analysis, and fabrication for gaseous hydrogen, heat exchangers, and industrial pressure systems. Equipment is engineered and constructed in accordance with applicable code requirements, hydrogen-service material considerations, and PE-licensed calculations, with capability for both shop and field installation.
Designs include single and double-wall constructions for hydrogen storage, enabling enhanced permeation control and cost-optimized storage.

Cryogenic Liquid Hydrogen Storage
ASME Division 2 Double-Wall Cryogenic Spheres
HyperCellX performs ASME Section VIII Division 2 cryogenic double-wall design, analysis, and fabrication for liquid hydrogen, oxygen, anhydrous ammonia, LNG, LPG, nitrogen, and argon. Designs include structural and thermal analysis and foundation engineering, with blast analysis verified using simulation tools such as ANSYS when required.
Engineered in Colorado Springs, USA, with construction and installation capabilities supporting projects across North America, the Middle East, and North Africa.
